Do not bother using Vumatel

I placed an order for Vumatel Fibre services via Afrihost on 28 August 2023. Today is 13 September 2023 and no delivery or installation of the device has been made. Afrihost and I have attempted several times to get the delivery done but even through escalation Vumatel has been unresponsive.
