Disspointed

Dont know why my internet was cut when my premuim was collected January, call in and get told i need to reconnect as my line was disbaled.. Now im being charged reconnection fees plus i must wait 24 to 48 hours for vumatel to attend to my ticket tjat is currently laying with them... Im a busjness man i need my imternet restored man
