Dissatisfied customer

If it was possible I would give them 0 stars. My wifi was paid on the 15/02/2025 midnight. Worked Sunday and Monday during the day. Later Monday it stopped working my account status shows suspended but it also says I have 29 days left of service and their agent confirmed that my payment was successful. They promised to escalate the matter on Monday but till today no one has contacted me. I need to buy data but I have wifi that's paid, for me to be able to work. Vumatel doesn't care about their customers as soon my service for this month ends I am canceling their services as it's non existent. Thinking of joining them PLEASE RUN IT'S NOT WORTH IT.
