Dissatisfied

i have never had such a poor service like this company provides. my internet has not been working for 5 days and i have been sent from pillar to post telling me they are sending a technician to sort out my matter. im told i will no longer use the unit in the house they will send me a router in 3 days.. i explained i cant afford to wait that long i work from home and i just paid my account of which i cant purchase data any how as yet.
