Dissapointing customer service on switching to a better SP

We switched from SADV to Vumatel and Cool Ideas this month. Sooo looking forward to a much better customer experience. It is now 8 days without any Internet at home. So frustrating. Not being able to work from home. No entertainment. Just excuses and promising to escalate the matter. Come on Vumatel. Get your act together.
