Dissapointed once again

ISP Home connect - service provider vumatel. I am having trouble making payments despite making numerous calls to home connect and vumatel I am still unable to make payment and now my wifi is off. I am being told my service has to be canceled and then I need to phone and make a new order so that payment link can be activated. I work remotely from home and now I am sitting with this problem and no solution. This is going to take days if not weeks to fix this. I come from along battle with my wifi vumatel and home connect only to now having a new problem with them.
