Dissapointed at VUMATEL AND SADV

I app**** for a router with Vuma and everything has been fine until I started receining orders firm Vuma .I used on of the link to pay as i have one router .To my dicovery I was paid for an installation .An installation I did not request.Im now stuck for days with no wifi.Use theor whatsup to log the matter and everytime Im told it being resolved .They busy still creating orders and technicians calling me for installation.Im receiving no help from Vuma and SADV.This is so unfair.My kids are preparing for exams and have no wifi.
