Dissapointed.

I am not sure what the problem is but ever since fibre has been installed in our area by Vumatel ,i expected fast and efficent service but together with the service provider it just gets worse almost every second week my internet is off and no one gives an explanation on the problem.I have to log calls everytime. I am very dissappointed and upset with the poor service.
