Dissaopinted, Frustrated, Need Help, Real Bad service-Vumatel-Home connect

After numerous attempts even publishing a review a few days ago, I am still without wifi. On Wedneaday they connected me only for a few hours and since than now wifi to this date. I am getting the run around between Home connect and Vumatel, after spending money on airtime having to phone them day after day just for them to lock ticket upon ticket and nothing gets resolve. I dont kbow what to do anymore.
