DISGUSTING...PATHETIC....HORRIFIC... THERE ARE TRULY NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE THE SERVICE GIVEN FROM VUMATEL

once again vumatel does not fail to amaze with their HORRIFIC service after sending the mail last week...all of a sudden after four weeks vuma send someone out the very next day

after the installer came and installed the box in the unit, he says to me that there will be someone else that will come and do the splicing ... that was suppose to be done the same day ...apparently ... waited the rest of the afternoon ... and well as expected no one pitches ... the installer said could even be the next day and guess what ... they did not pitch ... no surprise there ... DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING FROM VUMATEL AS THEIR PROMISES MEAN JACK SH....T

9 Days later and have NOT even received a call to ask if the service was fine and if the installation went well and if everything was complete

you people are absolutely PATHETIC ...the service SUCK and is again by far the most HORRIFIC and DISAPPOINTING service ever received

at the rate you treat clients don;'t be surprised if you don't last too long in the game it is just a pity that there is no other service provider that can assist in the area as i am NOT interested in your PATHETIC service ... if this is how it is before i can even sign up imagine what it would be like after

you have NO PRINCIPLES and ETHICS with regard to your clients
