Disgusting. Waiting almost 3 months for a refund after being charged for installation which never happened. And charged for a first month but we have not been conmected

We have been charged for an installation and a first months bill and no one has come to install

We are fighting for a refund for almost 3 months

They keep giving us a run around and not refunding our money

Im reaching out to the ombudsman as this is just sick at this point
