Disgusting services from the people that are working here.

They don't even deserve any stars, Worse services ever, I made a payment on the 9th December last year 2024, They still havent installed or connected my fiber to the home. I have been calling them every week since the 9th of December, their agents say that they will assist and get installation done or get my refund reversed back to me, They have not adhered to any of that. They should compensate me for all of the airtime that i used to call them for the past 4 months and they should also compensate me with Internet services for their bull**** services.

I would never recommend anyone to this business, worse services ever in my life.
