DISGUSTING SERVICE RECEIVED ,EVERYONE I KNOW WILL BE CANCELLING.

Day 4 without any internet .. to say that I’m disappointed is an understatement.Vumatel offers the most pathetic service ever , you wait for 6 hours to get someone to reply to your messages , if you get a human being you’re even lucky. They have been lying since Saturday morning saying that my internet is fixed , I have to drink from work everyday to go switch it on and off because they claim they have fixed the internet. On Saturday they advised that they are fixing the issue in the Greenstone ate it will be fixed in 24 hrs till today nothing has been fixed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use their services. The service sucks, I will be cancelling my services with them with IMMEDIATE EFFECT even after making a payment to the over the weekend for the month. I will be telling my whole family, colleagues and friends not to use this service. The service is disgusting, to make things WORSE today I followed up again ( I’ve been on the Chat with them since 8am just to get my WIFI/INTERNET on) they have since transferred my chat 4 times already and now they’re saying my account reflects “*****” which is a lie. I have never met such a useless and *********** company in my whole life, they don’t want to take accountability and fix my internet that I pay for. I DONT RECOMMEND , PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, just a bunch of ****mers.
