Disgusting service of Vumatel

Some areas in Kuilsriver Cape town had no Wifi for the entire weekend since Friday - and Telkom escalated the matter to them and nothing has been done thus far to come and correct the problem. This is the problem when monopoly of broadband is at play - because they don't care when they should fix the problems - I am disgusted at their inadequate non- service to clients !!
