Disgusting service from Vumatel(LoS)

Vumatel is one useless fiber company that installed it's fiber lines in our townships, with an extremely bad service. They did an installation in my house on Monday the 29th of January, it worked after installation done just after 10am, after 20h00 it stopped working, on the same day. Called them in the morning of the 30th of January, just after 7am. Spoke to Nhlanhla, he gave me a reference number ISP*** and 24 to 72 hours turn around time. It's been 7 days now nobody came to do the repairs or reconnection. They just keep on flooding me with sms saying they know about my problem but they are not sorting it out.

I paid it but not the services that I paid for are not supp**** to me by Vumatel. If it was a suburban area this was going to be sort in no time but because it's township, you don't care at all.

I think we need to take this issue with Vumatel to social media platforms maybe our complaints will be heard and resolved because it looks like I'm not the only one who complained about Los.
