Disgusting service from Vumatel and Web africa

If I could give less stars I would 2 days in a row without internet. No progress made Shocking service from Vumatel and webafrica, no responsibility from anyone, all Webafrica does is to transfer you to someone else and as soon as you start asking questions you get transferred. How can we work like this, spent the money to actually have electricity while the power is down and now Vumatel and webafrica cant supply what we pay for and no answer as to when it will be fixed, how can one make an income like this if you are dependent on the internet?
