Disgusting Service from Vumatel

After months and months of strugle Vumatel finally came and installed my fibre...only problem is it was working for mearly a few hours until the PON light on my terminal decided to go off...I made contact with vumatel and the guy told me a thecnician will come out the next day...The next day came and guess what...no one showed up...Ive been trying to get hold of Vumatel ever since but they just don’t respond to emails nor dm’s on twitter...This is really poor service as we need the internet desperately because we cancelled our adsl in hopes of the fibre working and we have a business to run from home...Really disappointed in the poor service they have been delivering thus far
