Disgusting service from Vumatel

Our Vumatel fibre went town 24 hours ago. It was logged with the ISP. Now 24 hours later the ISP cannot update me as to the status of the fault. I tried to contact Vumatel via messenger - NO RESPONSE. On their website they have a complaints procedure. The email advertised DOES NOT EXIST - keeps bouncing back as incorrect email. The 0800... telephone number on this complaints document takes you to Barlows???? Boksburg campus - not Vumatel. Why is Vumatel acting like the government is - by not communicating with customers or at least with their ISP who can communicate with their customers.
