Disgusting service from Afrihost and vumatel

Absolutely shocking how useless Vuma and Afrihost is. They lie, ***** my money as I clearly have no internet. 5 days no service, calling and messaging asking what’s happening with no communication and only being told it’s being escalated. I can’t believe this is a yearly occurrence with no resolution or communication. Stay away from them at all costs. They are cheap with cheap service. Absolutely pathetic.
