Disgusting service

I seriously dont know why I still bother, because Vumatel does not care about any bad reviews because the money keeps coming regardless of people's complaints. I have never had wifi for at least 3 days in a week, always a problem, and yet I never missed a payment. I am now on day 4 without internet, and Tuesday I have to pay for service NOT RENDERED. Why take the business when you cannot manage it. You are disgusting man!!!! Telling me about unrest in my area and both areas where I have your fibre are super quiet and there is no unresr, or you just say that because it is a black area??? All my other colour colleagues get immediate attention, and their areas are more dangerous than mine.
