Disgusting service

It is said that afrihost(vumatel) deducts their money on the 1st of each month. This did not happen with me. They deducted on the 3rd of july only to find there was not enough money. I put extra money in my bank account the very same day. After going back and forth for 15 days with afrohost and vuma i finally got sent a link to make payment on the 17th of july. I made the payment of R399.00 on the 18th july 2020 bearing in mind no service since the 2nd of july 2020. The money went out my bank account and cleared with them on 22 july 2020 only. I then found they cancelled my subscription amd was advised it will be provisioned again. It is now the 1st of august and for the past 2 weeks i was told this would be fixed in 24 hours everyday. I am now without fibre for 30days and paid a full month for july and still no service. To top this a technician from afrihost calls me last night about pass 6 on 31 july 2020. He puts me in hold for 20min which is a norm then he drops the call. I have had my line since 25 may 2020. I want my money back i paid to these people since may 2020. Or i want my service back on and free for 3 months. You decide.
