Disgusting service by Vumatel!

It is an understatement to say I’m utterly disgusted by the service provided. Vumatel is a ****! I reside in Khayelitsha Cape Town and have not had connection since the 6th of December 2023 up until now. They continuously debit their monthly premium without fail but lack to fix the issue nor communicate. Everytime you check the progress of the issue they send you the automated message that was last updated mid December, saying that due to ongoing safety concerns in my area Khayelitsha, all installation and maintenance services have been temporarily placed on hold.

This is ridiculous, why are other providers able to do maintenance service in my area and only them cannot. Why don’t they ask to be escorted by police if that’s the case. IMAGINE no connection since last year. I am truly disappointed and disgusted.
