DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!

Most SHOCKING service ever....my installation was completed on 21 April 2021 and line activation should take place within 1-2 days. It's been a week and the line is not yet activated. I have managed to contact a service manager who advised the there was a error with the network identifier number and that the matter was escalated to the NOC department. Other than this one communication received from the manager it's been virtually impossible, and extremely frustrating, to get any response from them regarding this matter. It surely can't take a week to sort out a simple matter as this. If I had any choice in the matter I would without any doubt use another fiber provider. VUMATEL SUCKS!!!!!!
