Disgusting service and communication

I am extremely irate at the horrible service provided by Vumatel, no transparency regarding coverage in my area ad now they are taking forever to return my funds. This is appalling that its 2025 and a payment made over a month ago. Funds were paid on the 4/12/2024 ad refund was meant to be done 15 days after as advised on the 9/12/2024. Toady is the 09/01/2025 and still no refund or communicating. What ****ty service!!!
