disgusting service

I have been on the phones with Vumatel all day, we have been without WiFi all for 2 days now, and I am truly frustrated and one customer care lady put the phone down on me, knowing how frustrating this has been for us, and I now cannot get hold of them... we are so desperate and unhappy, how does one work like this
