Disgusting service

We've paid the fee on the 19th of January to join they have still not come to install, when we try to call there is no answer, we eventually got through to the person who sold it who are *********** and by far the most useless. She says they will log another ticket she aslo says they had the wrong address for two weeks but nobody contacted which means if we didn't contact them they would have sat and did nothing. The agents names Kayla and Ayanda said it takes 2-3 days so we canceled our current wifi We have not yet received the fiber but have already been treated to badly this so pathetic and disgusting
