disgusting service

i am just disgusted buy such an experience I would give zero star rating Very bad customer service , i connected Vumatel two weeks ago and it only worked the 1st week, till to date ive been waiting for some assitance and they norwhere, called them few times they cant explain what's happening i was just told i am not the only one having a problem, ive been speaking to nhlakanipho, the other lady who helped with the connection her phone is been on voicemail ever since... no communication nothing from them,

i request for this sh*t to be disconnected asap...
