Disgusting Service

Good Day Please note that I am a client of mweb and lodged a move of address order in the middle of November . Vumatel is the current FNO that I need to go with , because there is no way of contacting Vumatel I keep calling mweb who lodges tickets with Vumatel to assist .

Unfortunately Vumatel never gets back to clients and when they eventually do ; their staff calls within work hours , when you request a later time frame they say they will call back and never ever do . I am now more than a week without internet connection .

Our ISPs do as much as they can to assist , however all that I am awaiting is activation which can only be done by Vumatel and seems to take forever to just initiate !

Pathetic service on every regard .
