Disgusting service

If I could give you a negative rating, that would e ideal.

Let me start with the fact that I have been waiting over a month for assistance from Vumatel. I get passed from one person to another, not one is educated enough on their own product / service to to actually provide me with a solution.

Your service is absolutely shocking, no one ever calls back or has a solution, I hold on for 10 minutes at a time only to be transferred elsewhere.

How you can claim to be a service provider in beyond me!!!!
