Disgusting service

I am so disgusted with service I'm getting from vumatel.My fibre just went off on Sunday.I contacted them telling them this.Its thursday today I still dnt have any fibre.My account is paid.I have called them emailed them laying a complaint ,I have called them.I have chated to them on daily basis and still nothing.The tech came to check the line and they left saying they cant fix it I need to call in.When I call in they say they cant fix it I need to wait for tech and in the meantime I'm paying for a service I'm not getting.The service is beyond disgusting and I just want to cancel my service.Its 4 days!!!!!!! Now and my fibre is off.WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!
