Disgusting service
Till today my issue with the payment has not been resolved and no feedback has been given to me. I requested cancellation with immediate effect none of the issues that I have raised has been attended to. Selfish service provider and unprofessional work ethic

Please follow up with your ISP as your services have expired and payment is required. Kindly note that we do not process cancellations, only that ISP can cancel your account. As an FNO (Fibre Network Owner), our primary role is to provide and maintain the fibre infrastructure. We cannot assist with account-related queries.
