Disgusting service

Disgusting service !!!! I had placed an order with Vumatel on the 30th of August 2023 and I was told in 24 hours I will get a call from the scheduling team to set up an arrangement when the will come and do installation however its now day 5 or should I say day 7 and I am still waiting. I am now being told it takes up to 14 days. I have requested for my matter to be escalated twice because their WhatsApp agent “Jameson” **** to me and provided incorrect information at point of sale. I have been calling and WhatsApp and those people have been giving me the run around but when payment must be done they are very fast in their job. but when you have a problem it won’t be solved. I have been asking for a simple thing just a call to make arrangement for my installation! I am so mad and what my refund today! I have been waiting and waiting just to be told the manager will call me and I am still waiting. i have paid ,no call, no installation made nothing I’ve been calling them and I have been whatsapp I am done, I want my refund.
