Disgusting service

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the poor and pathetic service I have received from Vumatel SADV Internet. The level of service has been unacceptable, with ongoing issues, lack of proper communication, and little to no urgency shown in resolving problems.

As a paying customer, I expected reliable service and professional support, but instead I have experienced inconvenience, wasted time, and unnecessary stress. It is highly disappointing to deal with a service provider that does not seem to value its customers or take accountability seriously.

This experience has left me very unhappy, and I sincerely hope immediate improvements are made to both the service quality and customer support standards.
