Disgusting Servcie
Disgusting SLA's with ISP's (24-72hrs) also can no longer report issues directly with them and have to go via your ISP. like everything else we have to accept poor service because we have no choices.

Your ISP needs to log the ticket for you on the Vumatel portal. The ticket number will start with ISP- and you will have received it via sms.
