DISGUSTING - OR SHOULD I SAY NO SERVICE FROM VUMATEL

Its been at least 6 weeks and still cannot get Vumatel to come out and install my modem. Vodacom may not do this and they have also send numerous emails, but nothing. How disgraceful is this!!!!!!!
