Disgusting, lousy, futile service from the useless Vumatel provider

I have been experiencing the worst service from Vumatel, i've been shoved around so many times since the 6th of December 2021, first with Mweb who then sent me to Vumatel to have my line activated on the box and to cancel the previous tenants line. To date, no feedback has been received from the very lousy Klara in the cancellations department. I don't understand how long it can possibly take to cancel a line and activate a new one?? surely your systems should be tech savvy Vumatel???? What type of service provider are we dealing with here. IM DISGUSTED AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND PEOPLE WORKING FROM HOME TO UTILISE THIS SERVICE you'll end up jobless!
