Disgusting horrible service
Disgusting horrible service I have been a vumatel I have an issue and need assistance then I get treated like I am stupid and not human but an animal. Do you know how it feels for someone to make you feel like an stupid animal and they do not care how they talk to there customers. They never make the effort to follow up with their customers never phone them back and they have no sympathy whatsoever I would rather sit without WIFI then to ever support Vumatel and I will make it loud and clear to everybody and anybody.

09 Apr 2026, 12:14And when is that going to be 2027? as no one person that works for VUMATEL, VODACOM or MWEb as even tried to contact me in the past 3 weeks to give me updates I have wasted my own data airtime call messaging and still UI do not have a single update? I truly do not understand how it take 3 weeks?
