Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service!!!!!!! I was dealing with an agent by the name of Gabisile and asked her to wait on the line while I contact my service and she put the phone on me. Very rude and disgusting. I am not sure how someone who has those kinds of manners can be employed in a customer service role.
