Disgusting Customer Service

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered the black Friday special on Monday with my address, asked spoke to an agent of which I have proof that the special would be valid as I was ordering within the time frame. It is now Friday, and due to an error on their system, I am being told I am now potentially not eligible for the special. I needed the fibre by today, and am further away from when I started. This will go to the consumer protection act if not rectified immediately.
