DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY VUMATEL!!

Vumatel customer service is the most Pathetic I have ever experienced!! My internet has been off for more than 24 hours. They cancelled my line in error instead of changing my package. My ISP logged several calls with them but they have not responded!! I sent several emails to vumatel as well with no response. It’s your fault that my line is down in the first place yet you have the audacity to not even apologise or try by all means to get it back up, better yet just provide me with an update of what’s happening. You’re disgusting, stop treating people like you’re giving them your services for free!! We pay for these services!
