Disgusting company no means of contacting them

I'm astonished 🙀. How can a company that taking over with internet be unreachable. Had fiber installed last month and payment reference numbers were not sent. I sent an email and instantly received a reply saying it "blocked" this is a joke honestly... this company is honestly **** and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go with it. Their contract details don't work aibo🙆♀️ if there was a zero star that is what I would give.
