Disgusting and disgraceful service
Worse service provider ever. Terrible service, horrible technicians, and customer service that says " i hope you'll get a call from the technician before they come out. Vumatel must close as they do not know what they doing.

You need give a a big raise as she actually helped me and gave me some information. I will call her back at 2pm to see if she had a response from your hopeless maintenance department. You need to higher more people like Nonhlanhla then your company wouldn't be so useless
