The rudest most *********** agents who refuse to help and believe they are doing the customer a favour & cut calls. Disgusting company. Wish the ISPs could manage the entire infrastructure because Vumatel treat customers like trash and have zero regard or respect for customers.

Thank you very much for taking the time to chat with us this morning. Upon my investigation, I picked up that the ISP logged the ticket for the incorrect address. I searched on the Vumatel portal and the address is there so I am not sure why it was logged incorrectly. I sincerely apologize once again for the experience you have had.
