Disgusting! Always an outage yet they monopolise!
Not sure why this company has monopoly for the lines when they cant deal with issues. Can't log a direct call. They dont answer phones. Bots are useless. No feedback in the meantime those of us who need to work cant do that as long as vumatel has our monthly money in their pockets!!!!

I HAVE CALLED AND CALLED METROGO I CAN SEND SCREEN SHOTS OF TEN MIN CALLS JUST HOLDING TO LOG A CALL. I CONTACTED VUMA VIA FB. VIA GOOGLE REVIEWS ON METRO AND VIMA SINCE SAT NO ONE REDPONDS OR HELPS!!!

08 Jun 2026, 11:00Hi. Regarding the Vumatel fault I have spoken to a technician and he has confirmed that he has not received a fault for VV. Please send me your addresses if you are affected by the Vumatel outage and I will get them through to him to help with quicker localisation.
