Worst WiFi service anyone could ever ask for.

My router was replaced about a year ago, and ever since then I've been dealing with constant connectivity problems. Every single time I contact support, I get the exact same response: "You have intermittent issues." Intermittent issues for a whole year? Issues that apparently can never be resolved?

I am a student and I work. After a long day at work, I expect to come home and have a stable internet connection so I can study, complete assignments, and do my schoolwork. Instead, I come home to the same frustrating situation over and over again — no connection because Vumatel is, once again, not working.

Today was the final straw. When I woke up this morning, there was no connection at all. Usually, the internet works for about five minutes before disconnecting, but today it didn't work even once. Nothing. Completely useless.

What makes this even more infuriating is that I'm paying R410 every single month for a service that barely works. On top of that, I constantly have to spend more money buying mobile data just so I can do basic things like work, study, and communicate because the WiFi I'm already paying for is unreliable.

I am beyond frustrated. I am sick and tired of dealing with the same problems, hearing the same excuses, and getting absolutely no solutions. This will be the last month I ever waste my money on Vumatel.

The customer service is just as disappointing as the internet itself. When you contact support, you're left waiting for hours before anyone responds. As I write this, I'm still waiting for a reply after messaging at 08:00 this morning. That level of service is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional.

This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had with an internet provider. The service is unreliable, the support is slow, and customers are expected to keep paying for a service that consistently fails to deliver.

Absolutely disgusting service.
