Disgusting
Worst service you guys and supersonic take advantage of clients , how can re connectivity take more than 24 hours. My mother is a pensioner and she has never missed a payment but because she has a new account number now she is penalised . Your service is pathetic and disgusting. Supersonic has advised they have been waiting for you guys to reconnect but hey I know all of you will just pass the buck and not care about the client. Re connect services you have been paid.
