Disgusted with the Vuma service

@Vumatel I have been experiencing problems with my WiFi and I paid it two weeks ago on the 28th of November but still it is not working after I have paid so much money?! Instead you guys sent me a new password and WiFi name which does not work, I have tried to contact you guys several times but I can not reach you guys, please fix my WiFi or else refund me the money I have paid.
