Disgusted with the service

Service sucks big time I logged a fault 0730 this morning already I was told they came out twice already no cables I hav tk pay 1750 for reinstalation.... The day they came to install my Fibre they already put my wires **** infront of my house I was told a mouse has bit the wire and it keeps happening if they knoow that is problems y did they put my cables infront of my house in the first place now I hav to pay I refuse to pay I am Goin to cxl this n find another provider I told them I can't without internet..... I askd for manager number was told they cnt gv number she Wil call me it's 1500 almst n I'm still waiting service sucks realy
