Disgusted service

I am utterly disgusted by the service received from Vuma and they are completely out of reach. No contact number or email address. Our Fibre has been disconnected and we have e been struggling for the past 5days to have it reconnected. However there is already a pending order for this address but no one can advise who placed the order and refers us to Vuma to ha e the order canceled, however with no luck from anyone. I want this pending order canceled.
