Disgusted in your service

I am disgusted in you service. I have called you three times today alone and logged a call 2 days ago. I am paying for 100/50 line but getting upload 18 and download of 17. I have put my query through and vumatel/home-connect ahs not contacted me. I have to call me just to tell me they escalating it for the past 48 hours.
